Here is how The Baltic Sea Project funds Baltic Sea protection

Funding is distributed across five different categories, and it is open for application by individuals, businesses, foundations, as well as research projects aiming for concrete results. The applicant does not need to be an established player in the field. The most important aspect is the idea aimed at achieving impactful results for improving the Baltic Sea’s condition.

After the application period has closed, the jury decides which projects are financed and the size of the funding.
